About me
A space to tell you a little more, in a few lines.
I work with adults going through demanding times: anxiety that won't let up, a recent loss, decisions they have been putting off for a long time. My job is not to tell you what to do, but to help you understand what is happening and what resources you have to get through it.
The first session is a conversation. You tell me what brings you here and since when; at the end I will tell you honestly whether I think I can help and how I suggest we work. If another approach would suit you better, I will point you in the right direction.
Sessions last fifty minutes and can be in person or by video. I am a private-pay provider and give you a superbill so you can request reimbursement from your insurance. If cost is a concern, tell me at the first session.
